I should've checked Hello Peter before I signed up for the Afrihost fibre service. I have made a huge mistake. I was first told that it will take two weeks for the ONT installation to take place and guess what? its week two and nothing. Contacted them again today and they said they will escalate it to the Fibre Ops Team - which is just another lie and excuse to get me off their backs.

I urge everyone out there to please please please please find another ISP. I will be putting this message to all my followers on my social media platforms as well so that to warn others. I cannot believe I thought Telkom was bad, these guys are a completely different beast.
