I have had to cancel my air sim with them because if my fibre line had a pending payment it meant that my phone/ air sim goes offline as well and I can't top up. Mind you these are different services. To add on that be ready to have them on speed dial for issues of top ups that don't reflect or your line blocked from Making calls. As I type I have been on the line with them for 30mins to resolve a mere R10 top up that still hasn't reflected....
