Afrihost advertises Fibre, but cannot deliver!

Due to the extreme unsatisfactory service experience that I have with Afrihost, I want to cancel. Please confirm that I will be refunded the delivery fee for the router. The box HAS been opened. So what now????????? I am really disappointed in the lack of service and being told that I cannot get fibre to my home. This after I checked coverage (on your website) went through entire process of selecting package, paying for delivery fee for router, then only to be told: O sorry for the inconvenience, but Afrihost is unable to help.
