Afrihost activating fibre line before agreed date

Afrihost did not advise me that when I signed up for their Fibre package, that they would be activating my package from the date of installation...when an specified that I had an existing ads line with them and we would need to wait for 31 March before my fibre line was active. Almost 3 months later am I am still waiting for my response and refund
