Afrihost Accounts not resolving queries

I have been querying my account balance with Afrihost for the last week.

My account ledger shows a closing balance of R251.82 The same ledger account shows that my account is R518.82 as at 16 May 2018 and when I go onto their Clientzone to resubmit my payment is requests an amount of R611.00

None of these amounts tie up and credits from the previous month are being being taken into account on their ClientZone payment system.

I keep getting a response from them telling me the amount payable is R518.82 and I have rep**** several times telling them that their system does not allow me to pay this amount - it is requesting R611

I have also called them instead of emailing them and I was told that their accounts department does not have an extension and they cannot put my through to accounts.

For a big company like Afrihost, this is ridiculous.

I am just getting more and more frustrated the more I deal with them trying to resolve this query. I feels like I am talking to a brick wall.
