Afrihost Accounts doesnt know the difference between immediate payment and payment.

For three months I have been in an account nightmare with these people. This morning before 7am I made an immediate transfer into their account. After sending the proof of the immediate payment through to them atleast 19 times this morning ( statement clearly shows immediate payment was done with an extra fee of R45.00 ). After doing so, I was told that I would be able to top up immediately after receiving the proof of payments, and a copy of my I.D. which they never actually had. After sending everything through i received a call stating that i will only be able to top up on Tuesday....next week. Afrihost, this is how immediate payment works, pls read below: Real Time Clearing (RTC) in accordance with the payment clearing and settlement guide South Africa - When utilising internet banking, customers have the option to expedite payments by selecting the RTC payment stream instead of the standard EFT credit. This payment stream was developed to provide increased transaction speed and convenience to customers. Once the customer is verified, and funds permitting, the transfer is effected, the payment instruction is immediately processed and the payee credited within 60 seconds. Clearly once again the Afrihost staff are either to lazy to do their jobs, or just don't care. But either way this is unacceptable, you cannot promise your clients something and just not deliver, I am honestly willing to go to the newspaper regarding this as it just never ends, I am beyond fed up. I want Gian Visser to contact me, seems he has forgotten about his promises on service delivery.
