Afrihost!!! Account still suspended after I have paid 4 days ago!!!!No customer satisfaction

It has been 4 days since I've paid my Afrishost account, numerous proof of payments sent to accounts no real feedback or customer service from anyone. Nobody can tell me when my internet will be switched back on. I am quite irate that the process is taking this long and with much frustration nobody is giving me any clear answers.
