AFRIHOST ACCOUNT PROBLEMS AGAIN!

When i first started with Afrihost, as they like to remind you of their "loyal" service, was couple years back. I must say there service was great, intuitive products and offerings. I recommended all my clients to them and i had alot of sites with them along with my internet account. Now, going big has made them not care about the smaller guys. For some reason and i am still waiting to find out why, they have overbilled my account without my authorization. They also double charged me for my ADSL account. My business account with them has also been deducted for a parked domain. The request i made was simple. My client asked me to apply for an account for them that they wanted to pay annually. It was "setup" but seems my entire account was setup to be annual. Now i wait ... and wait.... and wait for a response to which i get .. here are your invoices .. thanks sir. THATS IT .. shocking service. Im busy migrating my products over to another ISP i have used before that costs more but why, why pay more ? Because i get better service .. thats what matters!
