Afrihost Account Blocked: Frustrating Support Experience

Afrihost has blocked my account without explanation, citing security reasons. Despite reaching out to tech support, they couldn't provide clarity. I need to log in to pay for my account and register a new domain, but instead, I've received a lengthy form with multiple attachments. When I asked tech support to deactivate my account due to this hassle, they stated it was beyond their capability. I'm frustrated and just want access to my account or the option to deactivate it so I can switch providers. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
