Afrihost

octotel came and installed fibre at my house. got the router from afrihost later as stated. plugged everything in.....no internet eventually after numerous calls and struggles we got the connection working. the connection works for 5 minutes at a time, then you have to reset the device. made 5 calls to afrihost and they promised to send octotel to fix the error. it's been a week and still no octotel. all afrishost says is sorry! sorry se moer! they are billing us for a service that's worse than anything imaginable. it's lockdown, we cancelled dstv in exchange for fibre. what a ****ty mistake! dstv is bad, but sure as hell a 1000 times better after this situation.
