Afrihost absolutely lies in everything they say and do

I placed my order telephonically with Afrihost two weeks ago to have fibre installed. One week after I placed the orser did they only place the order on the external service provider which is Openserve. To date no one has called no one has informed me of anything. This is a blatant lie that the consultant over the phone assured me will not happen he ce speaking to a person directly. Their arrogance grew exponentially and they forgot us simpletons who have been supporting them for many years. Now to get hold of anyone when you have a problem is impossible. Their website says ONE WEEK from order installation. Its two weeks and nothing absolutely nothing has happened. Please stay as far away from them as possible. Clever marketing emails and generic responses is all you get thinking you are less intelligent and fall for more lies.
