AFRIHOST - Absolutely ***********!

Afrihost is a typical example of Promise the world and deliver the absolute minimum. I have been STRUGGLING with them for the past 6 weeks to get any sort of closure to my request for a fiber line. I called in January to apply and the sales consultant assured me that the installation time would be no longer than 2-3 weeks - and usually a little bit quicker. I had to cancel my current contract which i made sure would leave enough time either way. Well that is simply not the case - I am still waiting! Every time I call one of the consultants say that it is being processed - then I had had enough so I escalated it to a "Supervisor", who told me that it is because I registered with another company - Which is NONSENSE!! I have only ever app**** at Afrihost! I have given many opportunities to rectify this and every time the sales team assure me that they have done the request! Surprise Surprise - every time they need to do my application over again. every time I call they say that they have requested for my application to be done manually and every time I call to follow up they haven't done it!! I don't believe a word anymore! AFRIHOST UNDER DELIVERS AND OVER PROMISES! I would like you to notice how Afrihost doesn't once call back - I have to follow up after them every time!!
