Afrihost - absolutely disgusted with lack of service

we have been struggling with our mails from Tuesday On Wednesday we contacted Afrihost. Problem has still not been sorted out Every day there is a different story. Every day we have to log a call via Whatsapp. No one can fix the problem I requested to speak to a manager - i just get told that I cannot speak to a manager. I phone - I'm not allowed to speak to anyone except sales. No one calls us back. Absolutely disgusted!!!
