Afrihost a waste of effort and time

I recently ordered a 500Mbps Fibre connection from Afrihost. I chose Afrihost as I have been using them for many years as my Web Server provider.

After a week of seldom reaching 50Mbps, and with Afrihost ignoring emails and facebook messages I have no choice but to dump them completely. They were happy to take the debit order for the 500Mbps connection within seconds of activating the line, but at no point have they come close to providing what was paid for. How any company can stay in business with such poor levels of services blows my mind..... Their rating gets 1 star above as zero stars is not an option.
