Afrihost: A slow desent into madness

As a person who's been using their service for over two years, I'd have to say the whole relationship can be described as a slow decent into madness. It worked brilliantly for the first few months and then the first problem happened. Terrible latency, slow speeds. Afrihost's responce, reset the connection. TIME AFTER TIME AFTER TIME. That's all their support knows what to do. If that doesn't work, well you are **** out of luck. Eventually I ended up fixing it myself by reseting the modem. Problems like this would crop up every few months. The problems have become more frequent in the last few months, getting to the point of nearly every 2 weeks. Now at any point my connect can drop to bearly able to surf the internet with speeds below 1mbs. Thank god they are digging trenches outside my gate. Salvation is within sight now.
