AFRIHOST A *******

They running a special of 25 gigs for R299 per month on a month to month contract which they call the rain promotion. What they fail to mention anywhere that they have a cancellation fee of R1000 within the first 6 months of a month to month contract? However it is supposed to be FREE for the first three months but I got billed anyways when I cancelled within a month as I was not happy with the service and my area I live in qualified as a good reception area . The service however is so putrid and so slow downloads which chowed in my data usage and decided to not use it as it was a really poor service and they debit you as I was debited within the free period. They did not even offer to improve the service or another option. I would not recommend Afrihost to anyone as they ripped me off and they are really pathetic in customer service and service delivery. I don't mind to be billed for what I used but I received no hardware and still got billed like I signed up for a 24 month contract.
