Afrihost: A ****mer!

II am appalled at the level of service Afrihost has provided. An admin fee was added to a debit order that went off on Sunday, and as a result my emails and telephone lines were suspended. This has severely impacted my business operations, ruined my reputation, and undermined my reliability. Afrihost rerceived their payment first thing this morning , when we opened our doors for business. This treatment is unacceptable. I question whether such practices are even in line with NCR or Ombudsman regulations. Suspending critical services over unexplained admin charges is not only unreasonable, it is damaging to loyal clients who depend on Afrihost to run their businesses.
