Afrihost - A horrible service provider

I requested fibre from you and was informed that metro fibre would come and do the ONT installation. The turnaround times given was 5-7 business days, it's day 7 today and still no confirmation or appointment set nor communication if there are any issues. I enquired yesterday via your WhatsApp number & I called your call center. Durell D on WhatsApp said she/he sent an email to metrofibre to request for the installation. I wasn't copied on the email so I don't know if that's true or not. When I called the call center, the guy I spoke didn't mention anything about an email sent to metrofibre but instead read me the status as seen on the afrihost app. He said he's escalated to his manager and would call me back yesterday to give me an update. That did not happen, I've not been contacted this morning either. I'm now running after them for a service they promised to deliver and for updates.
