Afrihost = "A" for apathy Misleading adverti*****t. Check out their website with the "specials" they are running. I,e, "Free activation and free installation", more like, "hey let's see how we can frustrate you and disrupt your life with our lies, oh and we are going to charge to do that". They forget to tell you that they don't plan on installing your box and if you do ask, expect to be ignored and treated like a beggar. Afrihost takes your payment and then take no action to install the Vuma box. Paid 10 days ago, still begging them to send someone out to do the "installation". Have been sending daily reminders. Excuses after excuses. Multiple call centre contact points and none of them care. Have been emailing and asking for a contact so that I can escalate, more excuses, still no call, no update, no fibre. For a privately owned company I am horrified at the level of arrogance and apathy. I'll bet you they are too arrogant to respond to public shaming.
