Afrihost a bunch of greedy ****s and bullies!

Do not use Afrihost! They are a bunch of ******** who will hold on to your domain till you make payments that you do not know about. In September I paid up my account and when I logged a request to inquire about their service that was still not working, they tried to deduct R285 (thankfully I did not update my credit card details) without advising that they will be doing so. I inquired about this and a guy called explaining that my domain was about to be deleted so for them to restore it I must pay the R285. I asked them to continue with the process as I was willing to pay this amount. I was told the process will take about a month and instead of deleting my domain they sent numerous emails harassing me to make a payment for service I made clear that I don't from them. Till today my domain has not been deleted and the amount has since gone up. Afrihost is a bunch of ****s and bullies!
