Afrihost a big disappointment

My internet has been down for 4 days days now, only form of communication is whatsapp and same questions and same reply from every consultant I deal with , all I get in response is a fault ticket lodged with Vumatel and they too are impossible to communicate with, I'm am disappointed and really thinking of finding another provider,
