Afrihost has really gone from pure internet joy to pure internet service ****. Very *********** team with on the Account and Customer Service, systems are not secured and my account has bee hacked twice. How do they expect small business to support them while the gove such ****pie service. The company used to be a great service provider, now they are very comfortable being rated the best. We give them good reviews even when the service is not good. Today this is bull ****. The next step is to call all smmes using Afrihost services to find another service provider. I see its not only the government that is failing to deliver service, afrihost relaxed at the top. They need to be reminded that small businesses need a different service approach compared to big business.
