The WORST service I’ve ever received. Since I started using Afrihost for my fiber line there has been nonstop issues. When I migrated my line they ended up cancelling the line. The fiber is down about 50% of the time with no help from the company. It is next to impossible to get hold of the customer support and then when you do get hold of them the lack of help is astonishing. They are rude and very unhelpful. My whole life is online and need fiber for everything I do get the fiber has been down for nearly 24 hours and the support team said it should eventually come back on but they don’t know if it will be 2 days or 2 weeks, we must just wait. Another thing, my line is 200MBS up and down and when doing a speed test I only get 40MBS up and down. I’m actually shocked and I’m cancelling and moving service providers. With this kind of service I have no idea how they are still in business. My advice DONNOT use this company.
