Their service is pathetic. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for the last weeks. They keep asking me to do tests and send them screenshots.

They asked me again to run the same tests today after sending them the screenshots this morning.

I am unable to do the tests again because my laptop packed up, but now they are not able to assist me due to that. At no point was it stated when I joint their service that a laptop was a requirement. Their line keeps dropping and I can’t use some of my applications on my tv because the network is weak.

Thought I experienced the worse service when I was using Telkom but I was mistaken.
