Afrihost started by crediting R1 into my account then they debited my acc an amount of R179, then later they debited again R797 both with ref number A*** NVNM8VC, the first time i called i was told that indeed that ref number exist but because of POPIA they cant disclose the name of the ******** who used my details *****ulently and i was told to send a bank statement that shows the debit even if i could give a reference number. How do i trust people who are already on my account ********ly with sensitive information like a bank statement? I managed to reverse the debit, few days later they debited again using the same reference number.
