Afrihost

I have had the most shocking service from Afrihost, I have now been without internet for going onto 3 months, After story after story and query after query, me sending numerous emails, whatsapp etc it was finally established that their modem is faulty, they have not sent anyone to collect their faulty equipment, and expect me to pay for a service where I have not received any connection at all. I have been so inconvenienced by them and have had to phone and email continuously. I have given a backup number to call, or to call my cell but every promise was not met for them to collect their equipment/or alternatively give me the promised service before I pay, they still try to take off debit orders from me. Totally shocked at the service or lack of service that I have got.
