Afrihost

I have had it! Almost every night around this time my wifi acts up. Then, because I cannot call Afrihost I send a message via WhatsApp and get the out of office response. To make matters worse, no one EVER gets back to me to acknowledge receipt of the message, so the issue never gets resolved with Afrihost. I am sick and tired of this. I am a paying customer and I deserve a lot better. Get your act together Afrihost, or I am gone.
