Afrihost

I am not happy with the bad service received from Afrihost.

I have purchased a 100meg line from Afrihost and am only receiving at most 20megs.

After weeks of trying to sort the issue to no avail I did some tests myself as I am a fiber technician for Vumatel I was told that I would have to contact SADV myself to log the report.

Is this not their responsibility as my service provider?

After being very poorly “helped” by an individual named Kudazi who was very ****y with me and of no assistance whatsoever he ended the chat when told my issue.

I will be canceling my account with this shoddy service provider.

Stay with Vumatel, we treat all of our customers with respect and actually resolve their issues, my only regret is that Vumatel has not yet started their roll out in my area as yet otherwise I would never have chosen such a poor service provider.
