Afrihost

I was assisted by Richard over what's app, he came across very rude and sarcastic, and has no real customer service s****s and takes no accountability. All I wanted was assistance and I think he could have handled that in a better manner. This is not the first time I received poor service from afrihost, I am seriously concidering changing service providers.
