I have sent out 3 emails regarding an issues about my account being topped up and I get the same response back and excuse about cell c etc.

So coincidently it’s over the east weekend without internet connection. So you saying that when there’s any issue and there’s a holiday or weekend no1 can sort out a problem ! That is absolutely pathetic. No one does this happen and it’s such an inconvenience! Absolutely shocking.

I highly recommend anyone who is with afrihost, cancel because when there’s an issue no1 is on hand to help or fix an issue. As well as there’s no 24/7 help.
