Their support/consultant are really clueless. After changing my domain registrar to them it was a royal F UP. They just pointed all DNS to them resulting in none of my traffic being routed correctly after I explicitly told then that the domain hosting is not transferred and stays as is. Now I have downtime for 2 days while the DNS records that I had to go and fix after the fact propagate. They are past the point of useless.Oh and gets not forget that they did the transfer just before they left for the night.
