I logged on to their website and were informed i have fiber in my area, I then paid to get a router delivered and waited for installation which I was promised would be within a week, when I queried the installation after a week I was informed it would take 2 - 6 weeks, After another weeks waiting, I was informed that they do not have fiber in my area, i then canceled my order, seeing as i need to switch to some other SP for a wireless solution, and R999 was deducted from my account!!!!!
