Afrihost

I ordered an LTE router from Afrihost last month' and it came 2 weeks back and ever since its not working. I have been in contact with them via ticket [#BWK- ********** 5] and its been a week since they have worked on my ticket after raising some valid concern about their service. They told me where I was there is not coverage whilst on their coverage map I'm covered. They expect payment after all this thing and not they do not want to answer my emails. I'm gatvol with these people and their customer service is bad, extremely bad.
