Horrible service to get fibre installed and supported. Then I am on then I am of. Call centre can only assist in so far as their training goes, which is one piece of paper. Impossible to chat to someone more senior. MD Gian Visser do not take any calls, he is to important for his customers. I know they do not respond to complaints, but to anyone wanting to do business with them BE AWARE !!!!!!
