Poor customer service response. If a call is logged with Afrihost, you are guaranteed to receive a respond after at least 1 hour. Most times it goes to 4 hours without receiving a response after the call was initiated. This is extremely annoying and irritating especially if you rely on their internet to do your business. All they do is apologise all the time.
