Afrihorror Whatsapp Hell

The WhatsApp help is pointless and there is very impatient agents. I was disgusted by one Germaine who could not wait for me to finish my query and rushed to say reset your device to factory settings, even after I had gone through that process 5times before already and told them of this. Germaine was quick to tell me that I don't understand even thou he or she couldnt wait to hear out my query.... I'm disappointed beyond belief. Stay away from Afrihost WhatsApp if you need to stay sane.
