Afrihoat Whataspp service

I am currently using Afi host as my service provider for the last years. I was impressed with service up to the last year. Over the last few months our service has been the pits. I understand load shedding is causing a lot of the issues. They have a WhatsApp communication link. If you raise an issue you wait for +- 30 min and then you have less than 2min to respond if you don't respond in the time, they close the call. I logged a call at 18h02 it took 1 min for Sandile S to respond that they are busy, and I have to wait. It took them another 25min to respond. I responded with 20min the first time to give them details 1 min later Sandile S responded telling me that they would look into my query. I responded within 1 min saying thank you the next minute I got a question asking if I am still there and then advising me that they understands that I might need some time to respond and then advising me the query was closed advising me that I should message them when I'm reading to respond so they can assist, BUT I got no response to my query in the first place. So, this WhatsApp chat is useless. I sent the same query for 30 minutes all the time and had no response. What good service I think they should re-think this solution as it is not working at 19h21 my message started going through at the same time instead of updating the time it stayed constant then my message was not delivered. Pathetic services
