ordered a simcard from these clowns 18-04-2015 and they were quick with the invoice stating the debit order will go off the 21st obviously with the pro rate amount as if you could just start using the service. almost a month down the line with a second debit order winking i get a call from their equally sharp couriers saying they can deliver my goods within 3 weeks. i accepted their offer only because i needed it with a specific goal in mind. that has come and gone and still no sim or data or not even apologies, only mails eventually coming back to me and saying we are entitled to take as long as we want - go read the fine print and you are entitled to **** against thunder and pay your ****ing debit orders. now this is now a matter of principle and i will take it as far as i have to with the consumer protection act on my side... no service no ****ing pay!!! ill then rather climb in bet with telkom if i ****** will have to
