Afrighost - Fibre thats never there

My internet is constantly down, or extremely slow.

I pay for a 10mb line and mostly get 0.5 MB.

I dealt with some idiot by the name of Kudzai, that said the only way to really test my speeds are to go and buy a LAN cable and an adapter for my mac (R600- and i will only use it once).

surely if I pay for 10mb line I should at least get close to that. I had 10 MB for the first few days and then it just drops to nothing.

nowhere in my terms and conditions does it say i will need to spend an additional R600 to test my internet speeds when it should be working perfectly fine.
