Im so dissatisfied R800 later nearly and im still stranded with a router they just came and dumped in my home. I mean really am i a it specialist not evn in the slightest but im expected to follow these overly complex instructions from a civillians point of view. Im so afraid of what could of happened had i just let my 71year old mother to be alone doing this installation having to chat doing what should rightfully be done by a technician or even over a courtesy call this has left me so discouraged. By service provider's of the fibre.....running from ridiculously high tariffs to just utter incompetence. Well thats just how i feel....
