Afri (g)host masters of avoidence

Afrihost has collected my router 5 days ago. They debited my account on the 23 April 2021. I am still awaiting My credit. These companies operate with impunity and no regard for customer rights. Due to the monopoly and need to be connected customers are expected to accept their way of unfair business practices.

Again the only reason they a positive one star is because this is the lowest option available.

Do not expect much to be done about this cause this is the norm. Hope this warning prevents other customers from having the same experience.

This is a real case of mis informing customers to get them to sign up and then dogging responsibilities till clients get tired.

This business model may work in the short term but once clients realise how you operate they will leave.

Be warned Afrihost not a trustworthy brand.
