Afrhost very poor speeds and did not cancel acc.
Firstly I have a very fast 20MB VDSL account and most days I would not get close to this while with Afrihost

As is highlighted in our Terms and Conditions, the only valid from of cancellation that we accept is via the Account Holders ClientZone.
In your Support Ticket, our Support Agent clearly highlighted the process that you will need to follow to complete the cancellation. It is a short and quick process, and if completed before the 23rd of October will ensure that your account is cancelled at the end of October.
