Afihost terrible service miss leading information

i Received 5 emails from afrihost 5 days ago claiming that they have great news fibre is now available. I click on the link to verify my address and afrihost says there is no coverage on the website.

I phoned in to confirm this i first spoke to Mzwauke he said he will investigate and phone me back within 10min........ im still waiting this is 78min later.

I phoned in again to try and get a hold of Mzwauke and the lady named Oratile she says Mzwauke cannot phone me back as they dont have that functionality. so i explained the situation to her and she said there is nothing she or I can do.

I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she put me on hold for almost 10min

Heard good things about the company but from personal experience i think i would rather stay away
