Afihost and Openserve Service Failure..

I am attempting to migrate my Fiber from my old apartment to my new home. So the Migration is from MetroFiber to Openserve..

I have been a client for over 10 years and this has got to be the worst service I have ever recieved.. constant lying, with support staff telling me they have escalated the matter to an OpenServe manager.. yea right.. this has been escalated over 20 times and the activation is 2 weeks late now.. I have been 3 weeks without internet. I work from home and it is starting to Jeoperdise my career. No one is helpful and I constantly have to repeat the process only to get the same answer. Let me be frank.. both Afrihost and Openserve is at fault for their clear inability to assist me. Why does it take so long.. worst service I have ever recieved..
