Aferihost support useless

1st level support on Whatsapp are totally useless. They keep you waiting , dont give feedback and then after 20 mins tell you to send anemail to their server support team and tell you the problem is EXACTLY what you have told them the problem is in the 1st place ! Total waste of time and useless. Name os consultant : Fumani R My suggestion - use another company, these idiots dont hire staff with brain cells ~!
