Advertising and Sales person conflicting.

The Rain LTE-A package advertised on the website (https://www.afrihost.com/landing/rain_fixed_wireless/) states that the sim card provided can be used on other mobile devices, however the sales person I got assistance from said that in fact is not true. My purchase of the product was/is based on that fact but I don't know which statement to believe.
