ADSL speed terrible and no feedback on queries

I have have intermittent problems with my ADSL line speed.<br> <br> I'm on a 10MB line, capped account, and last night I got 1 mbps and 1433 ms ping, and this has been going on for a long time now. Every time i have to log a support call, do a line fix, then they have to recreate the port, and then suddenly it work's fine, surely if after every time a port has been recreated it works fine, then the problem should be on your side. <br> <br>
