adsl not working since day 1

<p>we got an adsl line from afrihost to mannage the line for us tel nr is ********** with a 10 mb uncapped</p> <p>business premuim for laerskool Edleen but since day one 1 im having problems the line is only syncing at 2900 kb on adsl</p> <p>ive reported it to afrihost but it been now 5 weeks couldnt still use the line no one phones a person back to tell them anything what is going on regarding the problem</p> <p>ive got like</p> <p>4 refrence nr's AH- ********** 4-351644</p> <p> EBX- ********** 8</p> <p> AH ********** 6-352275</p> <p> AH ********** 1-355647</p> <p>so plz can someone asist me ragarding this problem on this matter plz </p> <p>im getting no service out of telkom and afrihost im paying for them to manage the line but its like</p> <p>im just a another complaining customer whos next in line</p> <p>thank you</p> <p>johan Du Plessis</p> <p> ********** 393</p> **********
