ADSL line terrible

I've ordered a 4mb/s uncapped, unshaped business dsl line from afrihost, the service was beyond excellent, <br> documentation was in order, was notified every time something has been activated and working,<br> month and a half down the line, 6 phone calls to the helpdesk because \live support\" on the website is permanently unavailable, line tested working,account reset and tested,working. i do a speed test, or try to open a webpage i get between 10kb/s and 16kb/s. no matter which website i open, what i download or what i access,<br> that is is my speed, period.just phoned a lady at the helpdesk called Nana, not e that this is the 7th person i speak to, she promised to phone me back and she never did.i called the callcentre back again, and the automated voice system confirm that the lines are closed and the consultants will help at some other stage,ot whenever they get a chance, it's been a month, debit order went off and i struggle to open even something stupid like google, if you guys advertise 4mb/s uncapped unshaped and i pay for that service then why don't i get it?guys must we always fight,complain moan and get upset to get things working?come on man,"
