ADSL line keep dropping

Good evening, my ADSL line with Afrihost managing it keep dropping for the past 3 months I have reported it and have tickets open on it. No one seems to care or try to fix this problem. I think it is very bad service it drops to below one mgb for a 10mgb line and have no problem taking money every month........
